About TRYP Hotels Worldwide Franchise
At that time, we and Wyndham Europe entered into several agreements with Predecessor for their continued operation of the 92 then-existing TRYP hotels under the TRYP service marks and system, as well as for their right to continue to expand and develop TRYP hotels as a licensee (and not as owner) of the brand.
As of June 2010, Predecessor's TRYP hotels were located primarily in key city center, airport and business center markets in Europe and South America, including Madrid, Barcelona, Paris, Lisbon, Frankfurt, Buenos Aires, Sao Paulo and Montevideo.
In connection with Predecessor's commitment to further develop TRYP brand hotels, Predecessor may be entitled to certain percentage shares of royalties we and Wyndham Europe collect from third party franchises.
