When you submit a form on our Site — including FDD download requests, “Get More Info” submissions, AI match quizzes, or any other inquiry form — and you check the consent box, you agree to receive SMS messages under these Terms.

These SMS Terms supplement, and do not replace, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes the broader scope of how your information is collected, used, and shared.

By providing your phone number through any Site form and accepting the consent checkbox, you expressly authorize FranchiseOverview.com, our affiliates, and partnered franchise consultants and brokers to contact you by SMS at the number you provided, including via automated dialing systems and pre-written templates, regarding:

• Delivery of FDD download links and confirmations of your information requests.
• Follow-up about the specific franchise(s) you inquired about, and similar franchise opportunities matched to your stated interests, budget, and timeline.
• Reminders, scheduling, and discovery-call coordination from franchisor development teams or franchise consultants.
• Account, billing, and service notifications if you become a franchisor account holder.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase or franchise inquiry. You may obtain franchise information by contacting us directly at info@franchiseoverview.com without consenting to SMS.

Our SMS programs include, but are not limited to:

• FDD Delivery — A confirmation text containing your secure download link after you request a Franchise Disclosure Document.
• Lead Follow-Up — Messages from franchisors, franchise consultants, or brokers about the franchise opportunity you inquired about.
• Match Notifications — Suggested franchise opportunities aligned with your stated interests, investment budget, or timeline.
• Discovery Call Coordination — Scheduling and reminder messages for calls you have requested.

Message frequency varies based on the franchise(s) you inquire about, the activity in your account, and follow-up by partnered franchise consultants. You may receive up to several messages per week from FranchiseOverview.com, and additional messages directly from franchisors or franchise consultants whose opportunities match your interests.

Message and data rates may apply. SMS messages are sent through third-party messaging providers and your mobile carrier may charge you for sending and receiving messages, depending on your wireless plan. FranchiseOverview.com does not charge a fee for the SMS itself. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

You can cancel SMS messages from FranchiseOverview.com at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message we send you. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and you will not receive further SMS from FranchiseOverview.com unless you opt back in.

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and most other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

FranchiseOverview.com is not responsible for charges, costs, or damages arising from your receipt of SMS messages, including without limitation any failure of the carrier or messaging provider to transmit a message.

FranchiseOverview.com partners with vetted franchise consultants, franchise development representatives, and franchise brokers to help connect prospective buyers with relevant franchise opportunities. By submitting a form on our Site and consenting to these SMS Terms, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your name, email, phone number, and stated franchise interests may be shared with one or more franchisors, franchise consultants, or franchise brokers whose opportunities are relevant to your inquiry.
• Those parties may contact you by phone, SMS, and/or email regarding the franchise(s) you inquired about and similar opportunities, even if your number is on a state or federal Do Not Call registry.
• FranchiseOverview.com may receive compensation from franchisors or brokers for sharing qualified leads.
• Sharing your information with a third party is not an endorsement by FranchiseOverview.com of any franchise opportunity.

You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of the United States, and the authorized account holder or primary user of the mobile phone number you submit. You represent and warrant that you meet these requirements when you provide your phone number and accept these SMS Terms.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted at www.franchiseoverview.com/sms-terms. Material changes that affect your rights will be announced via SMS or email to subscribers. Your continued use of our SMS programs after a change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
