Participation DetailsThe operation of a Taco Maya Restaurant requires the full time and attention of a well-trained Operator. If the franchisee will not be the Operator, a designated Operator must be appointed prior to signing the Franchise Agreement. The Operator must be located within the vicinity of the Restaurant, have at least 2 years of restaurant experience, and 1 year of experience as a restaurant general manager. The franchisor recommends (but does not require) that the Operator have an equity interest in the Restaurant. A certified manager must always be present during operating hours.
