Offered We currently offer franchises for retail stores (“Stores”) and Kiosks (as defined below) identified by the Marks (as defined below), which offer those products we or our affiliates periodically require or approve, including specialty snacks and other bakery items, desserts, and beverages such as cookies, brownies, cakes, muffins, bagels, croissants, cinnamon rolls, sticky buns, chocolate, chocolate-covered fruit, dried fruit, nuts, candies, popcorn and coffee (“Approved Products”).
Unless otherwise noted, the term “Store” refers to both Stores and Kiosks.
The term “Kiosks” refers to franchised Stores with a smaller footprint than average Stores, typically between 100 and 300 square feet.
