We retain all other rights, including operating and licensing other Le Shrimp Noodle Bar Restaurants outside the Protected Area and in any Reserved Area (enclosed shopping centers, amusement parks, theme parks, sports stadiums and arenas, airports, train stations, hospitals, schools, hotels, office buildings, and military bases), developing and licensing other business systems (Other Brands), advertising the System, and engaging in production, distribution, license, and sale of food/beverages under Marks or other names through any method of distribution, including grocery stores, supermarkets, convenience stores, mail order catalogs, community or special events, and the Internet. |
