| Description | Franchisees operate only at an accepted location. Franchisor may grant limited protected rights within a defined territory for traditional Dave's Hot Chicken Restaurants, meaning the franchisor will not open or license others to open traditional units in that territory. Franchisees may face competition from other franchisees, company-owned outlets, or other distribution channels/competitive brands controlled by the franchisor. Non-Traditional Restaurants may not receive a territory.
