You may not conduct marketing activities in any particular Territory until you have (i) acquired a service vehicle for such Territory(ies), and (ii) complied with your Grand Opening Advertising requirement with respect to such additional service vehicle(s) for such Territory(ies).
Currently, our Vehicle Schedule is as follows: Number of Total Number of Additional Vehicle(s) Must Be Down Payment Due on Territories Required Service Delivered No Later Than Additional Vehicle(s) Vehicles 2 2 Nine (9) Months from Opening Seven (7) Months from Opening 3 3 Eighteen (18) Months from Sixteen (16) Months Opening from Opening 4 4 Twenty-Four (24) Months from Twenty-Two (22) Opening Months from Opening 5+ 5+ Thirty (30) Months from Opening Twenty-Eight (28) Months from Opening Franchisor reserves the right to adjust the timing of these dates due to seasonality factors.
