The franchisor retains all rights to use and franchise the System and Marks within and outside the territory, including for competitive brands or alternative distribution methods like the Internet, without compensation to the franchisee. The franchisor may also require additional locations to be opened within the territory to serve customer demand, with failure to comply potentially leading to termination or reversion of the territory. Franchisees may not advertise outside their territory without prior written consent.
