Non-Compete DetailsDuring the term of the franchise and for 24 months after termination/expiration, the franchisee, its owners, and their spouses are prohibited from participating in any competitive business within the Designated Territory, a 25-mile radius surrounding the Designated Territory, or a 10-mile radius of any other The Grace Galleries location/designated territory. This includes owning, operating, managing, funding, or performing services for a competitive business, or diverting customers.

Participation DetailsThe Franchise Agreement requires the franchisee or, if a Corporate Entity, its designated managing shareholder, member, or partner (the “Managing Owner”) to be personally responsible for the management and overall supervision of the Gallery.
