| Description | Once the location for a retail sports nutrition store is approved, a 'Territory' is granted, typically a 5-mile radius from the store's front entrance. This area may vary based on population density and transportation routes. Within this territory, the franchisor will not grant other S2 franchises or operate competing S2 businesses selling nutritional and dietary supplements. However, the franchisor can operate or allow other similar businesses not under the S2 mark, sell products through other channels (Internet, catalog, telemarketing), and acquire similar businesses within or outside the territory. Franchisees do not receive an exclusive territory and may face competition from other franchisees, company-owned outlets, or other distribution channels. |
