Franchisor Revenue from SuppliersDuring our 2021 fiscal year, we or our affiliates received no purchase discounts and/or volume rebates. Harry Falk received $116,127.39 based on the sale of equipment and inventory to Squeegee Squad franchisees. We are the only Approved Supplier of the Squadware™ software and our Co-Presidents Jack and Joe Ruegsegger each have a material ownership interest in us. During our 2021 fiscal year, we received $24,397 in Software license fees for the Squadware™ software, which amounted to approximately 2.1% of our total revenues.
