Transfer ConditionsYou and your Owners must be in full compliance with the Agreement. The transferee and its owners must meet our standards for good moral character and business experience, and not be engaged in a Competitive Business. A general release must be executed. You must comply with our right of first refusal. The transferee must agree to be bound by the Agreement terms or sign our then-current franchise agreement, pay all amounts owed, and complete training.
Termination for CauseBreach of any material obligation, including failure to open on time, abandonment, material misrepresentation, conviction of a felony or crime against a child, unauthorized use of Marks or Confidential Information, loss of premises, insolvency, false reports, three or more defaults in 12 months, failure to maintain insurance, or posing a public health/safety threat.

Our Parent is also an approved supplier of certain exhibits and gift shop items (t-shirts, magnets, hoodies, pencils, and books), but you are not required to purchase these other items from our Parent.
