Supply RestrictionsFranchisees may not use any equipment, tools, supplies, and inventory not obtained from the franchisor or an approved supplier without prior written approval. Purchases are prohibited from any company or person that has attempted to “knock off” or otherwise analyze for replication the franchisor's products, including patented or patent-pending items and those sold with the Colors on Parade® trademark or trade name.
